External Merchandise Trade of Georgia amounted to USD 10.4 Billion in January-October 2018 according to preliminary data of Geostat, which is 20.5% higher y-o-y. Value of exports increased by 25% to USD 2.8 Billion, while imports grew by 19% to USD 7.6 Billion. The trade deficit equaled USD 4.8 Billion and its share in trade turnover constituted 46%.
